This website is managed by the California State Treasurer’s Office (STO). It is designed to facilitate the distribution of information to and from the public regarding state bond issuance. The STO may monitor and audit usage of the system, and all persons are hereby notified that use of this system constitutes consent to such monitoring and auditing. The unauthorized uploading and/or changing of information on this website are strictly prohibited by law.

Privacy Notification

This website is provided as a public service by the STO and is considered public information which may be distributed or copied. Use of appropriate byline/photo/image credits is requested.

If you visit our site merely to read or download information, no personally identifying information will be revealed by you. This website does not, as a rule, enable “cookies” which could potentially allow a website to track information about browsing habits. We collect and store only the following information about you: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site.
